Where are you pulling this info from? The brushless model is P517 not "P519", and the P517 DOES have the antivibe handle, variable speed, and toolless blade change just like the non brushless P516...

You can get off brand batteries for Ryobi and a lot of them work just as well as the 18V batteries sold by Ryobi. I have at least one of them, and no problems in over a year. Just search around...
