No. Any monitor that supports G-Sync of FreeSync will make sure to say that in specs. Also overclocking seems to be locked down in the firmware of this monitor. Nothing above 76Hz would work on...

Mac’s have typically mini display ports and thunderbolt ports. So out of the box this will not be compatible. But an adapter could fix that.

Yeah, so the $155 deal would likely be better for you. In my opinion, at least, because it saves money and you don't need higher resolution for home office use.

No I don't think so. It just makes the colors more blueish. You can achieve the same effects changing the color settings. Low blue light is just a preset color setting for convinience.
