I've been using mine since last April connected to my laptop for WFH Zoom meetings and my iPhone. I haven't had issues and love these headphones for the price point. I recommend them.

The Q20's came out first that's why it had micro usb. The Q10's are marketed to a different audience (bass heads). The Q20's and Q30's are marketed to people who want ANC (traveling).

Not at all. As I mentioned in the earlier comments these do not have ANC to filter out exterior sounds. You'd have to get a model higher up.

The successor of these headphones haven't come out yet. The Life Q30 ANC is the successor to the Q20 ANC. The Q10's sound better than the Q20's.

Q30 is coming out for around 70-80 in November with better specs. Q10 has a boatload of mic issues. Q20 resolves it but went down to micro usb for some reason.
