I don't think this is for the health-conscious consumer, I'm passing on it.

Also, with this (correct) method, you use medium heat on the moka pot, and don't melt the handle.
No one ever thinks it's user error, when it comes to their own actions...

Do it right and you have a good cup.
Boil water in a seperate small pot. Set 'stovetop esspresso maker' base in sink. Pour boiling water in to base up to small hole.
Grind espresso to finer...

I use mine to make cannabutter. Add cubed butter and water to to bottom part. Add weed to the filter. Heat then pour into a bowl and cool to separate the butter from water.

I'm not sure if I understand this chemically.
Aluminum needs to be oxidized unless coated by other material like ceramic and etc.
Aluminum oxidizes fast, faster than iron, but it forms aluminum...

It's all about misunderstanding on how to use moka pot and mis-use of the term "cup".
A 6-cup moka pot means making 6 shots of expresso, or 6 cups of expresso glass.
1 shot is about 1 oz but...

I've never seen one that comes in stainless steel. I would go with Bialetti brand. It's aluminum but high quality

that's a very good price for stainless steel, I would be all over it if it was a bit smaller - for 1 or 2 people only.
but yes, $14 to avoid cancer is small price to pay on ROI
