Whatever you say. Return the 8K and get a 4K OLED and yes I've seen the the lower end LG and Samsung 8Ks and how the upscaling looks on them. Higher end 8K sets might do a better job but not the...

The 65 Sony at Costco is supposed to be on sale again for $949 Nov. Here's how this LG compares. (per rtings): The Sony X900H is much better overall than the LG NANO90. The Sony has a VA panel,...

Keyword: some. But the tv isn't even that much more expensive. And unless you own the tv, you personally don't know how much of a loss it is. Which either way, will still be sharper than just a 4k...

Your paying more for an 8K so it can upscale to 8K. 1 you are still only getting 4K and you now have a processor changing the signal to 8K which will add some packet loss along that process.

Best buy has similar or lower prices.

While there is barely any 8k content, simply doing it for the upscaling alone at that size is a good choice.

And I am the opposite here. You said va sufferers from ghost and smearing, which are 2 cons. But smearing and ghosting is the same thing. Ghosting on high VA with high refresh rate panels are very...

That’s not true... I purchased both TV’s and took back the Sony due to the glare and terrible viewing angles. Anything other than straight on is garbage and the VA panel might as well be a mirror.
