Careful, a lot of the consumer oriented GearWrench stuff like cheap ratcheting wrench sets is China too, but many of their professional sets, sockets, and specialty tools are still Taiwan.

You would want to use a flare/line wrench to bleed your brakes, not a standard wrench anyway. Keeps from stripping it out.

LOL, good luck getting that 1/2" wrench on a 13mm bolt. And while a 13mm wrench might be able to turn a relatively loose 1/2" bolt - you're guaranteed to strip it if it's too tight.
