Hart is pretty good but just like most brands there are different tiers within the brand. These are not the brushless tools hart offers which are really underrated

Because they are the cheapest tool in the set and it is good for fluffing the number of tools in the set. Not a bad set but those 1.5 ah batteries may not be enough battery life.
