this is exact same reason I got mine for... my dog havn't had an accident but I tested with a fake poop and it was able to avoid it. so i think it'll be fine mostly but there is never a guarantee....

I currently have the Roomba i8+ (Costco version of i7+). It has been working well for us, but can anyone tell me if the T8+ would be better? I paid $700 for the i8+ so $450 is obviously a win.

I would say it's between the i7 and the S9 in regards to cleaning. But it beats both of them in navigation. Lidar supercedes camera any day. But again for this price it's a really good buy

Deebot T8+ brush (as well as 920/950) is a newer design compared to N79. It’s drastically better with hair. I have both Deebot 901 and T8+ and the difference in hair tangle is night and day.
