I’ve never bought from Scheels before but they appear to have a great return/exchange policy. It says money back guarantee even without a time limit. Maybe contact them for a replacement?

Yes their return policy is far better than Powerblocks. But I was easily able to just sell them locally rather than hassle with shipping them back.
