Returning it. I looked Reddit and it seems to be a normal problem. The keyboard requires more pressure to register and that causes the miss pressed keys.

Keep in mind that thunder-port only works on Intel chips like this. There are other versions of this Nitro 5 on sale with a Ryzen processor which is noticeably better for multi-core performance....
