I don’t know how their prices are so cheap (by comparison ), but the set are in great condition and zaavi is quick to ship. I’ve bought ~4 sets from them with no problems.

Zavvi has always charged me state sales tax. I believe many others as well. Not sure if some states do not get charged tax that normally have sales tax, but all my orders were subject to my WI 5.5%...
