I just did it (zip code 90808) and it didn’t work through the iOS app but I was able to cancel the battery only via Safari on my iphone

Try doing it through Safari (or Chrome) or on desktop. It didn’t work for me via IOS app but it did work on Safari.

Was able to get the blower for $83 and tax. Pick the battery kit and the blower separately and the discounts will apply. Set for curbside. Will just pickup the blower and say don’t need the battery...
