HELL NO. Benchmark for this cpu is 1400. Nowadays we use ryzen 3200g which is benchmark at 7500. Just expect to use Chrome and lag with mutiple tabs. You literally can't do some basic productivity....

No, you can't upgrade the RAM but you don't need to, Chrome OS is a much lighter/leaner running OS than Windows and 4GB is enough for sure.

You will need a USB-C to HDMI cable/adapter, but yes, it should be able to connect to your TV with it. Casting probably won't give the type of picture you want if you are doing videos.

N4000 is much faster than the previous N3000 series. Especially single core speed which is critical in Chrome OS.
Single core speed is similiar to 3 years old Core i3.

My acer 713 has a 1440p display . I can clearly see a difference in text crispness. Really obvious is tough to answer. Once you get used to something better it's hard to not notice something less....
