After I returned the U2419HX to Staples, I purchased the ThinkVision p24q to try it out. I like the color on it much better and it is a bit brighter as well. The higher resolution is nice too....

Per John 199999's post, Nvidia seems to treat these monitors hooked up by HDMI as a TV and sends a watered down RGB range, which is responsible for the washed out color. I was dealing with it too....
