From the spec sheet which reports RAM speed of 2933mhz is a little surprising.
The 10400F limited ram speed is limited to 2666mhz unless it is paired with a z490 board and "overclocked" to 2933...

Best of both worlds HDD and a SSD. It has two 3.5” HDD bays, and two m2 slots. I have zero issue with a mechanical hard drive, I can move larger files on that and keep programs on the SSD.
