It worked for me for using the app for the first time even though I've signed in to their website from a web browser and ordered before. I havent received the second $15 off yet though.

I got a $10 "App Second Purchase" discount on a purchase and I am not sure why. I did renew charity choice for amazon smile on the app recently. Nice surprise.
