Don't even. That device is a fire hazard. The high voltage and low voltage sides of the controller are not isolated, the plug is not polarized, the power wires are connected with screw terminals...

Yes it can. I have mine integrated with smarthings, alexa and google home. Can open or close either or both doors with either assistant and control through smarthings or the app. The app works...

Yes, its compatible with a very wide range of openers. You can give them a call but I have read through the manual and its a huge list of compatible openers from many different manufacturers.
