They are either misinformed or lying purposely. I would escalate this if it happened to me. They either need to be better trained or severely disciplined. Its no way to operate a business.

Same exact thing happen to me. The employee said it was a copy coupon and she would not accept it. I did tell her it was on the website and it was still a big NO. They had 5 bags on the shelve too.

I wish these bags were cheaper. They're still $20 a bag here, I use it as treats for my dog and cat since the pieces are small.
