Not sure what the differences are (if any) but the costco one is a different model. It might be the 2019 version vs the 2020 version from Wal-Mart

Both are 2020 models. Infact Costco one may be newer as it H13 vs H1 on walmart model.

True....I'll admit, I am not familiar enough to know what it does - what is the benefit of Vizio adding HDMI 2.1 ports if it is only 60hz refresh? Is there a benefit or just a feature to sound 'new'?
