It does work on XBSX at 1440p and 120hz. You just have to disable "Allow 4k" in the Xbox settings because if you don't, the Xbox will push a 4k signal out and this monitor has a built in downscaler...

It depends on the type of games you play. If you mostly play FPS games. IMO, the sweet spot is 27". If you mostly play open-world maps, MMO, RPG, etc. You would like the 32" better.
