I am sensitive the rainbow effect in color wheel projectors. Unfortunately all the cheap 4k projectors are DLP/color wheels. I'll stick to 1080P 3LCD for now.

The 4k enhancement means they use multiple 1080p panels with pixel shifting to make 4k but it falls short of the required 8.3 million pixels that's classified as 4k.
