It'll be lighter with much thinner bezels, but not worth upgrading. Not even sure if it's an upgrade, the image is probably better on the Ultrasharp from 2011.

You're quite welcome. I'd also like to add that 24" seems to be a little too big for dual monitor setup, unless you keep the screens about 3' away. Unfortunately, it's hard to find 22" monitors on...

Probably. Some older Ultrasharps used CCFL backlights, and those were subject to dimming and image degradation with heavy use. Not so much of an issue once Dell switched to LEDs.

Got two last week: they're edge-lit so the brightness is not uniform. Otherwise excellent WFH monitors for the price. For $10 more you can get back-lit SE2419HR (might not be Vesa compatible) ...
