If you purchased directly from iTunes or redeemed in itunes then you should have 4K. I suspect you are looking the wrong place to check quality or your memory is faulty as no one else is reporting...

Good to know. I wish it was available for my samsung smart TV's. I think google play is a bit better than vudu for bitrates, but I think it lacks atmos. I haven't seen a good list comparing them all....
