My wife loves hers. Bought refurb from newegg last time around for same price. It's def higher but it is truly a premium product. Wife said it's the best hairdryer shes ever used. Much quieter too.

Be aware that refurb Dyson products typically do have noticeable scuffs/scratches/etc. But this is a decent deal. Got a new one (via a best buy sale) about a year ago for my wife and she loves it.
