definitely agree on that one. The only time mine got stuck, someone accidentally closed the door to the room it was in. Unfortunately, they still have not figured out a way to have it unlock doors.

This. The rubber rollers are so much better. So much easier to clean. Long hair slides right off the rollers, doesn't need to be cut.
