So more like "reused." "Renewed" is a misnomer if it does not include a new battery, which is really the only thing that reduces life significantly. I'll bet it does not include new tires, either.

Thanks for the response, but was a no go on updating the firmware. The app is able to connect to the scooter but none of the stock firmware or any custom firmware from scooterhacking.org will take....

Lime branded ones have Bluetooth, those don't fold either. Others are saying there's no Bluetooth on bird models. All I know is that Lime rentals can pair with the Ninebot app
