I asked the same question but got a different answer from a rep. I was told the sim card has to be in 4a 5G for 60 days after you sawp back to another phone.

If you need to be a new customer, make a new Gmail address. On the Fi page, if it automatically shows your regular email, under that you see "change account", click on that.
