Yes $1 kohls cash = $1, however they expire and you can only use in a limited amount of time(unless you return stuff bought on KC) I usually value them 50cents on the dollar

FYI switching to "In Fulfillment" is Kohl's BS way of preventing cancellations. It's on an arbitrary timer to switch to that.
