The oil is actually better than good IMHO, considering I used to press my own in Campobasso, I'd take my own word over reviews on fake spot. It can be had for less money though.

At $10.83 this comes out to 15.9¢/oz. it's about 17¢/oz at my local grocery store without any coupons. Pompeian regularly goes on sale here for about 13¢/oz

For general cooking I get the California olive oil. Is the Pompejian better or worse than that?
For salads and better stuff I use the Goya olive oil. It’s great but also expensive.
