Auto but it is still only 60 hz just upscaled via a program. Therefore, it will always show as 60hz cause that is what it actually is.

Get the Hisense unless you already have the TCL and will be using it for watching movies. IF you're going to hook it up to a PC, I recommend the Hisense over the TCL.
