Just the interface, shortcuts, and installing and uninstalling programs(much simpler).
It'll take a while, but at least with Costco, if you feel it's not for you you can return.

Applied for their Citi card in the store, got a temporary card and bought the iMac right away. With the 4% cash back and 4 years warranty, it’s not a bad deal overall. Nice machine, gorgeous display.

8GB memory + non-upgradable hard drive... what a waste of the beautiful screen
plus Intel is going a way... this iMac is going to run transcoded ARM apps for a few years before completely obsoleted.
