V4 must upgrade from V1, 2, 3 by improving headband design/materials, as old versions break easily... sound should remain the same (no reason to change as 560 is already a well defined product)

The Fostex sound favors the mids. So, the HE560's being less-forward in the mids could easily sound brighter in the highs to some ears. I think my 560's are superior to my Fostex TH-X00's.
