It’s technically a new line, but AT&T does differentiate between “phone” and “device” for lines. For example, I get a discount each phone line, and the two watches don’t count for the discount.

It’s the actual watch size, and it’s annoyingly small, even if you have small wrists. I bought one less than a week ago, and I’m returning it, because I can’t live with it. 44mm is the only way to go.
