Tried it and I did not like it. It's too much of a "hump" in the middle and the click requires you to reach out and down with your finger. Super uncomfortable compare to just the G502 Hero.

You could consider doing a mouse wheel mod. It's unreasonable to do it, but it definitely lowered the rattling sound.
