looks like I made same mistake of getting it before midnight and my packing slip has 11/21. the rebate helpline has no human to talk to so just going to return it.

Always make copies. Calling Kohl’s gets the ball rolling too. On one of mine the counted two items as me buying 10 of one. Called and sent over copies and got fixed

The phone reps often give out misinformation. I have done many of these rebates in past years, and I was always successful just using one rebate form for all the items that are listed on the form.

I called last year and inquired about that. Each item needs to be filled out on its own form. However, if the forms are being sent to the same location they can be shipped in one envelope.
