My ordered was delayed twice, and this morning I got a cancelation email out of nowhere....?

Correct. Series X|S does not currently support HDR at 1440p/120fps.

Yeah. My bad. I forgot about the "kitchen sink" gamers.

If it helps, I had the same issue with a different monitor (Acer XZ322QU) running an Nvidia GPU. What fixed it for me was to go into Nvidia control panel and under Manage 3D settings set power...

Mind sharing your settings in regards to gaming?

I use it with my Series X, no PC gaming. I followed the review on Tom’s Hardware (https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/dell-s3220dgf-gaming-monitor-review-high-performance-work-and-play) and used...

The one I sent you actually had BestBuy. I'm not sure where it went in the post. But I actually bought it from the BestBuy link.

Do these work well with the new consoles that can do 120fps?? Does Freesync work like VRR ?? I know Series X supports 1440 and Freesync, dont think the ps5 does though.

I'm torn between this and the GIGABYTE M27Q 27" (170Hz 1440P KVM) at $320 for PC gaming. They both have great reviews and specs, but the Dell is VA + more screen inches. Gigabyte has IPS + smaller...

The Gigabyte monitor will have better refresh rate (but probably can't tell the difference, realistically) and pixel density. Don't think reviews are out for it yet though. It's more of a personal...

I actually misread, thought you mentioned the 32in Gigabyte that was on sale on Amazon earlier. In terms of 27in to 32in, I definitely would choose 32in for games, the experience just feels a lot...

How is text in Windows 10 on this? Is it good enough to work for virtual school and gaming? I've had 27" 1080p before and text looked like ass. I want to get this for the kiddo but not sure if...

I bought two. Checks all marks but crisp ips text is left to be desired. Thats ok with me as I work on other monitors.. Know what your buying, one shoe barely fits all.

This is an odd value judgement and unless your criteria is 60FPS at 3k, it's hard to imagine someone thinking a 3080 is overkill for this.

i had this monitor and it sucked for up close text. had a 1.4 DP cable too. i could see the individual pixels. use this for gaming. not for productivity. the better one is the dell s2721dgf. trust...

Just FYI for folks like me who moved from a full 4K (slower) display to a 1440p display like this one and watched a lot of Netflix, Netflix won’t display 1440p resolution and will only give you 1080p...

Well now you're just showing off! I wish I could find a 3080... I bought three of these a couple of weeks ago from BBY when they were on sale at this price. I came from 11 year old...

This is an honest 4ms response time. This monitor has the same real world response times as other top monitors labeled as 1ms.

Replaced an Acer 32 inch 1440 flat monitor with this primarily for the freesync feature. Was surprised by how much nicer the colors looked. Paired with a 5600xt GPU and my games never looked or felt...

I have this monitor but I paid MSRP when it first came out. Compared to my brand new Dell S2721DGF, I'd say I would actually choose the 27" over the 32". Reason #1 is VA panel smears. Drag a window...
