I had this same problem but if you bend the metal band on them they stretch out nicely and you don't have that crazy pressure on your head anymore.

Just a warning if you have a big head like I do, the Arctis Pro does not really have an adjustable band and so it hurt my head after some time.

Can confirm. I have a big head and the Arctis doesn’t fit well on my head. The Sony PS5 pulse 3D headphones work great for me though. (If you can find them in stock)

You're better off buying a license for Dolby Atmos or DTS:X through the app store on Xbox as they're on sale currently for like 10 bucks. This turns any headset/headphone into 7.1
