No port forwarding. Armrest has its own web browser portal where I changed defaulted ports and ip addresses to my own. I didn't do anything to my router.

Be sure you have hardware+ decoding on in the TinyCam app. I have no idea why it isn’t set this way as the default option. VLC and TinyCam should look and perform mostly the same after this setting...

IP Cam Viewer Pro works better than this, have both. You don't have to open holes in your firewall for IP Cam Viewer for certain cameras.

Change the H.264/H.265 decoder settings under “video settings” to hardware+ and it will fix it. TinyCam is one app I really app miss after switching to iOS. Nothing else like it exists.
