The HP laptop has a 4 Whr battery where this Dell laptop has a 53 Whr battery. That's almost 30% more battery life. I would say it's almost 3 hours per charge more that you will get with the Dell....

If you pay through PayPal then PayPal pays for return shipping fee if you need to return. But for HP, if you return open or unopened they charge 15% restocking fee which sucks.

Open up all the programs you usually use at once. Then Ctrl-Alt-Del and open Task Manager, go to Performance tab to see how much memory your system is actually using. The laptop threads on here...

Yes mine shows as pending. Says it will take dell approximately 2 weeks to confirm. I had emails from R10 within a minute of the order saying we got the order and then cash back is pending.
