Foxconn or whatever company you can name here, there will be presence in US, I usually think easier way is you can only sell in US if you are listed in US. End of story for them.

Not any more. Hisense no longer makes TVs for Sharp. That deal ended in 2019. Sharp is making these on their own again.

After a month's of use, here's a tip. Enable developer mode and set background process limit to 0/none and "dont keep activities". This fixes the lagging issue some of you may receive.
