My 2010 died 2 years ago.. I had 1997 one that died 2 year prior. At this point I settle for one these knoff brands my budget for this set is limited to all the great deals on SD I am having.....

You do not need good contrast in a TV. Gray is the new black. Why spend 2000 on OLED when you can have this TV. It does have a picture at least for the time being.

In terms of quality I was very impressed with the picture on the 65" TCL 65S434 for $230 at Target. I also consider TCL a better brand than Element. I think TCL is at the point where they're making...

Really good quality! Better than Hisense, there is no edge bleed. I’m comparing it to my 70 in Samsung 6 series and the panel quality is pretty close. Happy with my purchase.
