I'd show them a pic of the damaged packaging. Whether the item works or not, a damaged packaging is not acceptable for me. At least that's what I would do.

Yeah, that’s what I thought so too. I haven’t opened it yet to examine the contents, though. Not sure how to complain about just damaged packaging if the item still works.
What would you do?

Didn't you complain about it? It's weird for Amazon to not package it up as they are notorious for packaging everything up in boxes way bigger than the actual item.
I'm kinda worried about mine...

Got mine today. Damn, Amazon didn’t even package it up. Just slapped a label on the retail box and fired it out. Showed up all beat-to-hell.

It is dead. You can ask Amazon nicely for a $10 promo cert to use for this. I did tell them the situation and they gave it to me.

What is the best choice for an electric toothbrush for first time users? I can't justify the price of those super expensive ones.

Amazon would rather have you return the item then repurchase it at the lower price. Unreal actually.

I gave up buying cheap heads. They never lasted as long. I tend to really wear my heads out so it's essentially pocket change each month for the cost of heads when they go on sale.

My first oral-b lasted like 10 years and only now has it started to lose a tiny bit of power, which means it still has a ton of power lol. Wondering if it would be worth it at all to upgrade

I've found modern Sonicare brushes tend to die after a couple of years. They're still good value IF you catch them during sales. This one is a steal with the extra brush heads. Buying one for future...

FYI, new versions of Diamondclean have two buttons. That said, 99% of people are better served with the 4100 or 5100, which are way cheaper and just as effective.

I've tried a few but like the diamond clean ones, they are very strong and stiff when new.
