It does. Really well. The 3 flanges are always pulling earwax out. I carry isoproynol wipes to clean them of. I'm sure they also shove a bit of wax deeper too, so you'll need an occational warm water...

Im guessing you might need the studio versions as they're generally reference models. XR versions are meant for most people who enjoy bass.
