Blinq sells used items that are untested. Their returns process was awful for me. I wouldn't bother.

Hmm seems used or open box is a bit of a gamble. My “manufacturer refurb” Sony XM3’s have been amazing from eBay and they were $99. I think I got lucky though. This is still a good price!
