Does not. But its a great watch for active ppl regardless. You can get a pulseox for 20 bucks. ...or wait for the va4 to drop to 99 next year, that model has the pox meter in it.

Pulse Ox isn't worth it on a watch. A medical grade finger sensor is understood to be fairly reliable, but only an entry level test. Wrist based are even less reliable. Almost certainly smartwatch...

Same here. Last yr Amazon sold them for 99.00 in December.... Just get a refurb for half the cost. Comes with warranty from an authorized dealer.
