Major props on the HP Touchpad. I too got one but never really used it. But just the mention of the fire sale bought back memories!

Nothing. Your Harmony remote is an upgrade over Flirc. I've had Flircs on 3 Shields and have retired all of them for something else.

I use them on 2 Shields (2017 and 2019) with 2 Harmony Ones. My Harmonys work fine so i bought 2 Flircs instead of buying 2 new Harmonys. They work perfectly after manually programming some buttons....

I use Kodi on multiple devices and multiple PCs all controlled by my Harmony hub. IR usb input on my PCs and Bluetooth on my devices. Keep blaming the Flirc rather than your own stupidity. Makes for...

I think I still have one of the OG Flirc corded DB9-serial adapters from like 20 years ago. Used it way back in the day for winamp control and WMC. Nice to see they are keeping up with the times, I...

You aren't going to remote control an entire PC, that is what a mouse does. This will control various apps on a PC that have been designed to work with remotes and keyboards like Kodi. The software...

So how exactly does this device communicate with a harmony (or any remote)? IR? If so, then this doesn't eliminate line of sight issues?
