Are you referring to galaxy active 2. If so, they have enabled the ECG functionality recently with an update. Please check your software version.

If you buy it direct from Samsung, it can be had from about $351 without trade. (Yes, 45mm with LTE) I cancelled my Amazon order, and ordered it from Samsung. Also, I did not want the leather band...

I bought the BT version from Amazon for 329 + 20% cashback. The LTE is also eligible for 20% cashback if pay with amazon prime card (chase), but I don't need LTE. I can confirm that ECG works...
