I would agree but if you want both a schedule and a digital thermostat, then this is the only option. I am also not a fan of plugging in a 1500W appliance through a smart plug. Seems like another...

Not worth it. 1500watts is 1500 watts. Get a smart plug and a cheaper UL rated space heater with a manual (not digital) on/off switch.

If you just need to remotely turn it on and off, do your network a favor and buy a regular space heater with a smart plug from a reputable name that is known for good security and firmware / software...

I doubt its any better at heating, but you can set schedules and check if you turned off your heater if you leave the house.
