If you switch to the download version, the option for the $10 H&B upgrade is there. If you try doing it through the website, you won't get much of a discount.

I don't think there is any discount if you use the online version and need the equivalent to H&B. Definitely $10 with the download version, you can do it as soon as you install and run the program.
