Thank you. According to that link, there is no HDD password option, although that seems to be an early 2019 BIOS and for Intel versions. I'm guessing the newer AMD specific BIOS doesn't have that...

Consumer grade laptops and desktops do not have TCG OPAL compatibility at the BIOS level. Just use SEDutil www.SEDutil.com for open source preboot TCG OPAL authentication. It's better than BIOS level...

Stay away from Dell. Everything they make is cheap and lots of Quality Control problems. Bad cooling, throttle, thermal problems, lag due to throttle, you'll be lucky if your laptop even makes a few...
